Integration

An experience opens something. What you do with it afterwards is where it takes root.

What it means

Integration is the part nobody talks about

People come back from a retreat with something that does not fit into ordinary conversation. A week later they are back at their desk and the whole thing starts to feel unreal, or too big, or oddly distant.

Integration is the work of bringing that back into a life: into decisions, relationships, work, the body, the ordinary Tuesday.

It is not about interpreting visions or extracting a message. It is about not letting what moved go quiet again.

We invite you to integrate not only the visions and revelations — but the silence, the mystery, and the whispers of your soul.

When it helps

It may be useful if…

  • You have returned from an experience and do not know what to do with it.
  • Something opened and you feel it closing again, and you would rather it did not.
  • You are finding it hard to talk about it with the people around you.
  • The experience raised something you had not expected and you want company while you look at it.
  • Time has passed and you feel the thread is still there, unfinished.

What we offer

Accompaniment, in your language

We are the facilitators of the Miravent Retreats team. Each of us brings a distinct way of holding space, reflecting back, and walking alongside the landscapes of transformation — sometimes subtle, sometimes intense.

Sessions are individual and take place in several languages. Together we walk beside you as you begin to remember, release and reconnect.

This is accompaniment, not clinical treatment. We are not a medical or psychotherapeutic service, and we do not replace one. If at any point professional care would serve you better, we will say so.

Sixty-minute sessions, in person in Mallorca or by video call, in Spanish, English or German.

Not only ours

Also if your experience was elsewhere

You do not need to have been on one of our retreats. A large part of the people we accompany lived their experience somewhere else and simply had nowhere to take it afterwards. You are welcome.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to have been on one of your retreats?

No. We accompany people whose experience took place elsewhere, and that is a significant part of what we do.

How long after an experience should I get in touch?

There is no fixed window. Some people write the week after, others years later. Both make sense.

What languages are available?

The team works in several languages. Tell us yours when you write and we will confirm.

Is this therapy?

No. It is accompaniment. We do not offer clinical or psychotherapeutic treatment, and we do not replace it. If we believe professional care would serve you better, we will tell you.
